Boston Tea Room

Amazing place. Besides being outside of my comfort zone. Great atmosphere Amazing tea. The tea is the only reason I showed up but if you bother to walk around I'm sure you will find yourself grabbing and touching everything in sight and most likely buy a few things you found unique. Come in a check it out.

Boston Tea Room is a beautiful store with lots of fun events. They have a wide selection of crystals and a tea bar, and the people there are super nice. You can get a psychic reading too! I had one with Charise, who is absolutely fantastic!

TLDR: Nice shop but overpriced. Skip the tarot session. On the bright side, the vibes were very welcoming and the staff seemed friendly enough. Nice selection of books and card decks, albeit overpriced. Smaller selection than expected of crystals and gemstones. I had both my first and last reading here done during my visit. Honestly, I gained nothing from it besides a bitter taste in my mouth. The entire time I had to spoon feed the reader all of the details for them to get to their ‘conclusion’ which I had already known for quite some time. Any time they tried to ‘see’ something it was wrong and I had to correct them. It felt more like a therapy session or casual chat, for which I have cheaper resources available.. Unfortunately a very underwhelming experience, especially at the set price point.

The Boston Tea Room is a lovely shop with a warm atmosphere and a really cute, curated selection of items. I’ve also had several readings here over different years, and I’ve always found the experience to be positive and grounding. The staff are all kind and helpful. In particular, DeAnnah is especially kind, intuitive, and professional. I value the readings as tools for reflection and checking in with my intuition. Always a pleasure to stop by here and explore!

I came here for a tarot reading with V. She was excellent! I highly recommend her. She was compassionate, bubbly, always checking to make sure things resonated, honest, and accurate. I plan on coming back to see her for my birthday in a few months. She was so great that I have recommended her to some of my friends who have shown an interest in getting a reading. The store was well-maintained, peaceful, and organized, and the person in the reception area was welcoming and attentive. I definitely plan on coming back and bringing some friends along too!
